Beware! Dont appreciate their customers.
Had been a customer for 3 years and in the beginning of January was sent an email saying my account had been closed because of suspicious activity. None of my spending habits had changed. Upon further investigation I found out that the company had closed accounts of an unknown number of other customers for various reasons.
Tried to open a new account and was denied.
They have refused disclosure for the reason they closed my old account and for denying the new account.
Be warned they can do this to you also, at anytime!
I will never conduct business with AMEX again.
