WTH is going on?

On Oct. 4, 2016, transferred money to a Walmart, got an email within 10 seconds. Today, Nov. 1, 2016 did the same thing, went to a Walmart, Walmart couldnt find the reference number. Bluebird said it would take up to an hour to process.

New update wont allow me to sign in!

Since the latest update when I put in my user name it goes blank when I tab to the password box. Please fix this!!

Touch ID & Add funds glitch

I had gotten used to having to use Touch ID twice to login, but after this latest update, whenever I tap "Add Funds", I get redirected to the Tax Refund Direct Deposit information. If I can add funds, this product is useless. PLEASE FIX.

Good app but...

Touch ID needs work. Very unreliable. Hardly ever works on the first try. After I use my finger print, it fails and Im still at the log in screen. I have to click the Touch ID option again and then it lets me in. Sometimes.

Worst company

I used this app to deposit a check into my account. They approved the check, then asked that I write VOID across it in bold letters. I did so, in black pen, so I had to go over the letters to make it bold. They then decline the check saying I did not VOID it properly. How do you not VOID it properly? The check is now useless, because it was VOIDED and they wont let me deposit another check using the app. Bluebird is a horrible company. I have had numerous problems with them. I opened a bank account for my daughter at my bank, now I have no problems with transferring money or using the mobile check app. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give no stars but I have to give at least one.

Terrible

Good thing its free! I would not pay for this. The app is unstable. Touch ID hardly works and does not support Apple Pay.

Need work

Its a useful app, but TouchID login is broken. I always have to log in twice before it actually works. No other TouchID apps that I use have this issue.

Be DETERMINED!!!

If you cant log in then 1. Uninstall the app 2. Reinstall it and then you can log in!

Needs work.

I love the service so far. The app makes it easy to keep track of your account. But the finger print log in feature is basically useless. You have to end up putting in your pw everytime you use the finger print reader. Pretty much makes the finger print log in feature useless. Fix that and youll have a pretty decent app on your hands.

Good and glitchy

The bank service and convenience of this option for saving and spending is wonderful. Please address the Touch ID login. While thats less significant than the banking service itself it would be nice to sign in quickly like the rest of my apps. Thank you!!

Fix Touch ID

Good app, but touch ID is a joke, if you enable touch ID what it does is that now you need to enter password and fingerprint adding more work instead of convenience.

Update! 5 months later. Still the 1 star rating. Now the problem is the login. Asked for the answer to my security question. The problem with that is there is no question asked, just an answer screen. Can I rate this app less than 1 STAR? How do you guys role out an app in this day and age that crashes right on log in? 5th graders develop apps now a days that are more complicated than this. Absolutely terrible app. Install... uninstall... Install and still junk!!!!! Fix this log in crashing. This sh!t show app has got to be the laugh of the year in the App Store. Amateur hour... lol

Please Fix Transfer Issue

Ive been with Bluebird for 3 months now. I have never had issues. The last 5 days I have had issues transferring from Family Account to Main Account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and the same problem persists. I do not have time to login to my laptop and make the transfer, but that seems to work. I need to process quick transfers from time to time. Error states- cannot process transfer at this time, try again later. Please fix SOON. Im on the latest iOS.

Wont open

It use to work perfect but since the update it wont let me log in fam error message keeps coming up so I cant use it if not fixed soon Ill have to find another card to use for my family it came in handle for my daughter while shes at college but now its a bust

Transfer money to family acc

Seems the transfer money to family acc aint working been trying transfer to my daughter her child support and aint working saids technical issues for 2 days allready .any idea why n wen wil b fix

Never have any issues

Been using this app on a daily basis for well over a year to transfer funds to and from my wifes and mothers accounts never have had any issues at all I recommend this app as much as I recommend Bluebird as a pre-paid/secured card... I love the service keep up the great work!

Transfer Between Family Accounts Broke

Buggy

I have been with Bluebird for four years now. Dont really have any issues up until about a month now. I cant transfer between accounts and have been caught in a bind quite a few times and was very inconvenient. I rebooted, deleted app and downloaded again with no success. I know it was the app because when I desperately (ran out of gas and couldnt transfer) tried to figure it out and used safari the browser allowed it to transfer. But what happens if Im an emergency situation and safari is not available? And there will be times when I feel I need to transfer from the safety of my set aside account to my main account to make and emergency purchase. Do these reviews get addressed? I feel they are very important. Please fix

What happened?!?!? Network Unavailable??

have not been able to log into the app on my phone whatsoever for two weeks now. No matter what I do, every single time I try to log in, I get a pop-up stating ERROR: Network unavailable, please try again later. This has been going on for nearly two weeks straight now. I have absolutely loved using my Amex Bluebird card for the 4-5 years. I utilized my card several times every single month and I relied heavily on using the app for those every day transactions. My boyfriend and I split our monthly bills and we have used our Amex Bluebird accounts, in part, for receiving and sending money to one another, paying bills electronically and through manual checks (that you know much be pre-authorized). Do you realize how incredibly difficult it is to do all of those things now because of not being able to access the app anymore? It is an enormous inconvenience - I absolutely despise being forced to go through a web browser just to access my account. This has been going on for at least two weeks now and I was holding out hope in that there would be an update fixing the problem. And trust me, Ive done all of the usual things in trying to get the app to open. Ive uninstalled, reinstalled (several times), Ive manually shut down the app from running in the background, Ive tried not using Touch ID and just entered my username and password manually - Ive done all of these many times since the problem started to no avail whatsoever. If the problem isnt fixed within the next week or two, my boyfriend and I will be switching to another company who is more reliable in these areas.
