Transfers broken!!!!

It seems that transfers are failing most of the time now. Particularly reclaims. This makes the whole Bluebird ecosystem barely usable.

Great app but no Apple Pay

Companies such as Moven and Shift, which are both prepaid support Apple Pay, but Amex Bluebird and Serve do not. There is no technical reason why not. This is an arbitrary decision by Amex in an attempt to keep their premium cards relevant.

Cant transfer or send funds

I have been stuck quite a few times now without being able to send or transfer funds. This was the only reason I got bluebird.

Update?

Is there an update for the app? Mine wont even open any longer.

Great App, what is the touch id for?

The app is quite good and awesome. The issue is when you try to log in with a touch ID, it keeps asking for password again, what doesnt make any sense.

App crashes immediately on logging in.

WAS Running great

Key word was doing great up until the last month. Logs me out consistently, cant access Quick Balances, cant transfer money. Have tried to with drawl money but cant because of issues with that. I used to be extremely happy with app but it went to crap after last update. Going to have to put money elsewhere. Cant live on wishes and hopes the app will work and youll find a kind person who over look the apps faults to pay for your meal already eaten or has already pumped. OVERALL not reliable.

Good for short while

Well ever since iPhone went past 10.0 it will not finish updating. Tried everything possible to get it back on phone still nothing. 1-31-17 app does not work will not even install my phone is updated to newest OS what the hell? Contact me or something quit leaving us hanging.

Not so wonderful

App is a pain in ...... to use. Enable Touch ID however that doesnt work want a to login with username and password and the remember me doesnt even remember.

Just works and thats about it

App always works! Easy to navigate and makes money management a snap. Even works reasonably quick in 2G networks. Updated 2/6/17 Still a solid app but basically unchanged. Touch ID shows on my wifes phone but not mine. Touch ID does not work on wifes phone even tough the option shows. Was a 5 star now a two.

Fabulous for everyday use! LOVE it

PROS of Bluebird App: -ease of writing checks for all my bills -ease of direct deposit/tax return -ease of categorizing transactions -able to view transaction history -easily transfer from Set Aside Accounts to regular accounts -easily syncs with Mint App! CONS of Bluebird App: -Categorized transactions may not update 1% of the time (must log in from computer to view) *it has only happened to me once in 2yrs -Doesnt remember password/Touch ID with iPhone 6s and have to enter secondary password question every time you log in. Kind of annoying **otherwise I love Bluebird and everything associated with the services and especially the app. Their customer service is even great.

CONSTANT tech issues!

Guys really? I cant even use this app. If Google wallet were still around I would use it over this.

So after two years I ended up just opening an account with CapitalOne. Heres why: BB never notified me once that the ATMs would no longer be free ( I went from having access to three right outside my door to zilch). It got to a point where the nearest free ATM was over a mile away ($5.00 per trans). When I called customer support I was told it was a MoneyPass issue. Nice, blame them but you state the convince of have so many ATMs in your network. This card cannot be used with Uber or Lyft. This card does not work with setting up monthly payment plans (gym memberships ect). Its considered a pre-paid card, even though AE says its a "checking account". Ive been told it can work, however, the card is like AE, its not accepted everywhere. BB just ended having more cons than pros. I thought I would be saving money because its not a traditional brick and mortar. I dont want to even start telling you about the customer support Ive gotten. I think BB is not handle the same as if you were a AE card holder. Its a tad bit low end. Do your homework kids, there are better cards out there!!! ************************ The security issue is still not resolved after many updates (rev.2 04/23/15). Ive have checked all settings via my phone and computer but the security question is now being bypassed on the new IPhone 6. (Update) They have resolved the issue but did it need to take six months?

No good

I cannot link my debit card... Always shows an technical error!! Crap!!

Complete trash

When I log in on my phone the app closes. I closed the app, restarted my phone, deletedbit an download it again and it still closes when I want to log in. Its worthless trash.

Crashes

I try to check my quick balance by swiping at the login screen and it just crashes and closes out. Pretty much useless. It wont even let me log in. I get everything typed an press go an it crashes. I have to actually waste time by getting in my internet to go to the mobile website to get on bluebird just to check my balance.

Beware! Dont appreciate their customers.

Had been a customer for 3 years and in the beginning of January was sent an email saying my account had been closed because of suspicious activity. None of my spending habits had changed. Upon further investigation I found out that the company had closed accounts of an unknown number of other customers for various reasons. Tried to open a new account and was denied. They have refused disclosure for the reason they closed my old account and for denying the new account. Be warned they can do this to you also, at anytime! I will never conduct business with AMEX again.

Since latest iOS update keeps crashing

Please fix this bug!

Works Sometimes!

Blue is card is an excellent card to use. I love the card and they have excellent Customer Service. The app does need tweaking and it use to work for me but when you sign in it takes your sign in and then when you get the second sign in option it flips back to the first login page to start all over. You never get in and online can also be redundant at times. Wish technical would update and correct their issues.
